Before you book a call

Do you require a long-term contract to start?

No. Most relationships start with an Entry-tier project so you can see how we work before committing to a Retainer. Be cautious of any partner that demands a year-long commitment with no proof point first — we don't ask for that, and you shouldn't accept it from anyone else either.

Will I see pipeline movement within 90 days?

Strategy takes time to compound, but on a Retainer you should see leading indicators (positioning consistency, alignment scorecards, early experiment results) inside the first quarter. The GTM Intelligence dashboard makes this visible monthly, not just at the end of the engagement.

What if my company is outside the $1M–$20M ARR range?

Under $1M ARR or pre-revenue, you likely need positioning and PMF work more than a full system — the diagnostic will tell you which. Above $20M ARR, you're usually better served by an in-house team with us as a specialist, or our SaaS product and courses rather than full consulting.
